Administrative Assistant - Intermediate Level

The main duties of this position are to support the Executive Assistant/HR Manager with tasks related to daily office operations and current HR activities.

 

Responsibilities
  • Assist with answering phones, distributing incoming mail, filing, data entry.

  • Assist with new hire on-boarding and termination procedures.

 

Requirements
  • 2 - 3 years experience in a professional office environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
